STATUTE USE OF MOTEL PREMISES –  ROKO

LOCATED IN DOBRA AT UL.SZCZECIŃSKA 1i  72-003 GOOD

1. Hostel tenants are obliged to regularly maintain order in the rooms and common areas, in particular the kitchenette and bathrooms.

2. No changes should be made to the rooms or their equipment without obtaining the prior written consent of the Landlord.

3. The fee for damage or loss of the key to the entrance door to the rooms is PLN 100

4. Exceptionally, third parties are allowed, up to max. 8 p.m.

5. The behavior of Hostel Tenants and third parties staying with them should not disturb the peace of other Tenants.

6. Night silence is in force from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

7. Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited in common areas. The penalty for failing to comply with the above prohibition is PLN 500.

8. In rooms and common areas  Smoking of all tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited. The fine for failing to comply with the ban is PLN 400

9. If it is necessary to call appropriate services or a security company in connection with the activation of smoke detectors installed in the rooms and all common areas, the costs of the arrival and intervention of the services are covered by the Tenant.

10. When you are not in the room, you should lock it, protect valuables and money, and always turn off all electrical devices.

11. The landlord is not responsible for property, including valuables left in the rooms.

12. The Landlord reserves the right to immediately check out Tenants who comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

13. Persons registered at the MOTEL may park their cars only in the designated area.

14. Parking spaces are located in an unguarded parking lot, MOTEL is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or property left in them.

15. Tenants bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the Hostel equipment, including those resulting from the actions of children under their care and as a result of the actions of people  thirds.

16. The MOTEL staff should be notified immediately of any defects or damage occurring during use,
    as well as about defects discovered immediately after check-in.

17. The presence of animals in a tenant's room requires prior consent of the MOTEL owner. If such consent is granted, a fee of PLN 70/day/one animal will be charged for the animal's stay.

18. The additional fee in the event of the room being dirty beyond the norm is PLN 400

19. Bicycles should be left exclusively in the BIKE ROOM. Bringing bicycles into residential buildings is strictly prohibited, and non-compliance may result in a fine of 700 PLN. Bicycles should be locked with bicycle padlocks or otherwise secured against theft, at the owner’s risk.

20. The MOTEL regulations are available on the website motel-roko.com.pl and in each of the residential rooms.

21. Signing the registration card by the Tenant or sending the registration card by e-mail is equivalent
    with acceptance of the terms of these Regulations.
